Adobe Text Effect


Hi friends don’t be surprised to see the name of the text as Adobe Text Effect. Hope all you Photoshop users are acquainted to what Adobe means. So let’s get started.

Open a new document sized 500px X 150px. Take the Gradient tool and set a preferable background, we have set:


Now using the Type tool write the text in white. Press Ctrl+J to duplicate the layer, drag the duplicated layer below the original text layer.



Now go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur and set the radius field to 3 pixels.



Then go to Filter > Pixelate > Mosaic put in size 17.



Your text will look like the figure below.


Finally go to Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen repeat this twice and your final product is ready:



Done!
