Avarice Ring

Start on friends and end in no time creating a beautiful liquid golden ring effect, for this we need to go through a very few easy steps.
We take a new 400px X 400px square canvas.

Fill it with black color.
Apply Filter > Render > Lens Flare as shown placed in the picture below.

The next step proceeds with the same Lens Flare option but this time the Brightness should be 50%.

Apply Lens Flare for two more times, and your picture should like the one below:

Now apply Chrome (Filter > Sketch > Chrome) detail slider to 10 and smoothness to 3.

Now you should apply color when you get a similar one to this

To add color we go to Image > Adjustment > Color Balance (Ctrl+B).

Midtones: +8, 32, 100.
Shadows: +7, 19, 94.
Highlights: +16, 26, 87.

Duplicate the layer and set the Blending Mode to Screen, but feel free to use the color of
your own choice.
My final result stands as:
